What about making the outside of your clients home so appealing that any potential buyer would be excited to see what the inside looked like as well.  Lisa’s garden Therapy will not only clean, prune, trim trees and add color to your clients home but we will also maintain on a weekly basis until their property is either sold or taken off the market.  We have an irrigation team that will check to make sure everything is in working order or we can go a step further and change your client’s yard to a drought tolerant environment if that’s what’s needed to attract potential buyers.

Curb Staging

• Initial consultation with realtor and seller - $85 fee, applied to balance if hired

• Plant selection and work schedule provided

• Collaboration with Interior Stager on color schemes for patios and entrances

• 2-3 day turnaround. Completion in time for photography

• Weekly maintenance included for 2 months, with maintenance agreement thereafter

• Retrieval of all pots, water features etc. not included in the sale of the property

• One last grooming before closing

• Maintenance services available to new owner
